Description: White beans of the species Phaseolus vulgaris
General aspects: They are white beans of the last crop of opaque
white color, uniform, healthy and clean.
Quality specification: All the beans are selected by a mechanical
process that separates the gauges using squeegees. Then, using
vibrating tables separate the grains that present drawbacks.
Finally the grains are selected by colorimetric systems with
electronic sorters in which a standard color is adjusted and all
grains that do not match are separated.
