cultivated in Greece are:
1.-Valencia. Â It's a foreign range that sets from March
until June, thus it allows cultivators to provide the market with
oranges during the summer months as well. This cultivation is
particularly resistant and can adjust to many types of soil easily
and it also provides tasteful oranges of a very good quality.
2.-Chios. Â It produces small and spherical fruits that
set in mid-November. This fruit has lots of spores, it produces
little juice and it's extremely resistant during carriage.
3.-Arta. These fruits are spherical, they have a thin seed
vessel, an acidulous taste and they're very aromatic. Their set
takes place in January.
4.-Fodele's Soultani. It produces big oval fruits with an easy
to peel skin, it has a very tasteful flesh, rich in juice.
5.-Merlin. It's
a well known cultivation with very tasteful and juicy fruits and it
is cultivated in many areas worldwide.
6.-Sanguine. It is also called the bloody flesh cultivation
due to the red flesh of the fruits. It has a foreign origin. The
fruits are very tasteful and juicy and they produce juice very rich
in vitamins
