Cold Use

1. Place pack in freezer (**5°C) for up to 2 hrs before use. If meant to be applied to eyes, refrigerate
   (2 8°C) for *0 mins.

2. Wrap in protective sleeve before applying to the affected area.

3. Use pack in short intervals no longer than *0 mins.

Hot Use

1. Place pack in hot water (max *0°C) for *0s. Always remove from the heat source before immersing pack
    into the water.

2. Alternatively place pack in the microwave covered in water in a suitable bowl. Ensure gel is evenly
    distributed within the pack.

3. From room temperature heat pack for *5s at **0W. If needed, increase heating time in *0s intervals to
    reach desired temperature.

4. If frozen, heat the pack for *0s and allow *0s before applying. Times should be reduced for microwaves
   with higher power ratings.

5. Wrap in protective sleeve before applying to the affected area.

6. Use pack in short intervals no longer than *0 mins.
