If there is enough NDV antigen in the sample, aÂ
visible T band will appear. The C band shouldÂ
always appear after a sample is applied, indicating
 a valid result. By this means, the device canÂ
accurately indicate the presence of Newcastle
 Disease Virus antigen in the sample.Â
