Characteristics:
1.It is provided with stepless speed regulation cylinder of
American Emerson frequency converter, realizing synchronous speed
regulation of drawing roller with anilox roller.With advantage of
accurate, sensible, anti-jamming.
2.It is provided with anilox roller plus blade for coating mode,
and also provided with many selection opportunities of anilox
roller with various coating amount.
3.Moveable blade device.
4.It is provided with separaet five-section type constant
temperature drying system using semiconductor tube plus heating
wind, as well as adjiustable interior circulation air draining and
suction devices.It is advantageous in strong wind-exit and wind
entrance, helping dring thoroughty.
5.Guiding roller in oven will synchronously rotates with main
shaft.
6.Solenoid operated valve controllin is adopted for anilox reller
and drawing roller.
7.Automatic meter-measuring devices.
8.Key mode air shaft is used for unwinding and rewinding shafts,
