The DF**5 and DF**0 have the same highly advanced ***4cc V6 four
stroke engine as the DF**0.
Features include a **-degree V-cylinder block - an industry first;
DOHC **-valve powerhead and digital sequential fuel injection with
high performance plate type injectors providing superior fuel
atomisation and cleaner combustion. A powerful **-bit on board
computer ensures that the motor is running at optimum efficiency
throughout the power band in and in all operating conditions. The
offset drive shaft provides a big 2.*6:1 gear ratio which drives a
*6inch prop giving fast acceleration and top speed whilst a *4 amp
alternator producing *2 amps at only ***0rpm keeps electrics
running even at trolling speeds.
The DF**5 also incorporates multi-stage intake manifold to enhance
engine performance by changing the way the engine breathes at
different speeds.
Our flagship V6 range provides the perfect power for both leisure
and commercial craft. As part of our sole supplier agreement with
the London ***2 Olympic and Paralympic Games Sailing Regatta, the
DF**0 was one of the models used to power support boats.
