DESCRIPTION
 
The fine flavored cocoa butter come from Upala, Costa Rica. The cacao planted species pertain to selected clone varieties. These varieties include species of Trinidadian cacao from these collections:  TSH **5, IMC *7, ICS 1/6/8/*0/*0/*5, UF *9/**1/**6/**3/**4/**8, SPA9,  CC**7/**9, Homero, Catie R1/4/6, PMCT *8, and EET**0.  Also included are varieties that have been chosen through field observations, which we have called B1 and Juan 1 and 3.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
 
Store in cool and dry atmosphere (****6ºC / ****5% HR).  The storage warehouse should be perfectly clean, internally and externally disinfested, and protected from attack by rodents and any type of plagues.  Product should be used before the expiration date, in compliance with all hygienic handling procedures.  Maximum time for product Consumption: *4 months
 
Product should be used before expiration date and handled in compliance with all hygienic procedures, using sterile utensils, gloves, nose masks and caps. Once box is opened must be fully used, otherwise box should be sealed and kept in a clean, fresh and dry environment to prevent deterioration. The product is used in confectionery or companies involved in the production of other semi-processed cocoa (cake, cocoa butter) and companies of the cosmetic industry.
 
 
DISTRIBUTION MEANS
 
Distributed in perfectly cleaned containers, inside covered with Kraft paper, with no structural damages, free of odors or any hazards that could affect product safety.
