Kessa glove is a key element of the traditional Hammam ritual. Made out of harsh fabric, it removes dry dead skin revealing a new glowing skin layer.

Used in a steam room Kessa glove will not just remove the outer layer of dead skin, it will also remove pore clogging impurities and toxins from deep within

Argan oil and other skin treatments absorb intensely and easily into deeply cleaned skin

How to use Kessa glove?

To achieve the best results Kessa glove should ideally be used in a steam shower or a wet steam room, a similar environment to Hammam. Steam opens pores allowing impurities to come to the surface where they can easily be removed by Kessa glove. If you do not have a steam room; make sure to put the heat on and keep your bathroom warm enough during exfoliation.

Soak Kessa glove in warm water to soften it and prepare it for use
Shower with warm plain water
Avoiding the eye area, coat your body and face with a **0% natural fragrance –free soap. Soaps with chemicals and perfumes do not work with Kessa glove
Keep the soap on for *0 minutes
Rinse with warm water
Relax in your hot bath, hot shower, or steam room for ****5 minutes allowing enough time for pores to open and dry dead skin to soften and become easy to remove
Always use Kessa glove on warm damp, not wet skin
Rub your body gently starting with your upper arms and shoulders
avoid rubbing vigorously if you are a beginner and your skin is not used to harsh fabrics
If the ideal temperature is achieved and the appropriate soap is used, dead skin layers will roll off your body as you scrub with Kessa glove
Rub your entire body; body part by body part
Do not use the glove on your face. Use the tip of your fingers to rub off the dead skin of your face
Once all impurities are removed, rinse thoroughly with warm water
Pat your skin until damp with a soft towel
Apply Argan oil to moisturize and nourish your skin
Enjoy your silky smooth skin
Repeat once a week

Disclaimer: Kessa glove fabric is quite harsh. It is not recommended for beginners to rub vigorously, especially with brand new Kessa gloves. The glove will soften over time and your skin will become accustomed to the rubbing gradually.

Sensitive skin
Thin and delicate such as eye area
Sunburned
Having an allergic reaction
Swollen
Has a wound or a scratch

People with large hands can remove the stretch band completely to make it easy to put the glove on. The glove won’t slide while rubbing. It is recommended not to remove the stretch band before the glove shrinks and gains its permanent size
The glove gets softer overtime. The more you use it, the softer it will become

How to store Kessa glove

Kessa glove must be kept dry when not in use
Always wash it and hang it to dry after use
Do not wash Kessa glove with detergents or soaps. Use only plain water
