 Carcase Material Selection :
1. *6mm or *8mm E1 grade moisture resistant particleboard (MFC ) both sides with warm white melamine ,1mm matching color pvc edge banding .
2. *5mm or *8mm E1 grade meduim density fibreboard (MDF) both sides with warm white melamine ,1mm matching color PVC edge banding .
3. *5mm or *8mm E1 grade plywood both sides with warm white melamine ,1mm matching color PVC edge banding .

Back panel :Â 5mm E1 grade MDF both sides with warm white melamine or same thinckness material like carcase .

Door panel : *8mm E1 grade MDF inside white melamine outside high gloss acrylic finishing .The edge can be pvc edge ,arcylic edge or aluminium alloy edge .
Exposed side : same as door panel finishing .
The door panel finishing we also can do in melamine ,PVC,laminate,lacquer,Acrylic ,wood veneer .

Kicker board selection :
1. Aluminium alloy kicker H=**0mm or **0mm
2. Stainless steel kicker H=**0mm or **0mm
3. Same finishing as door panel ,can be any height .

1. Full extension ball bearing with soft close

Hinge :Â Each door with one soft close system . Both the hinge and drawer runner we can offer Chinese brand or other international brand like Blum ,Hettich ,Hafele .
