Birch wood frame + plywood inside outside of armrest, mesh fabric +
high manganese S-spring + rubber band supporting, pure foam &
multi-layer sponge pasting, washable/removable fabric cover stitch,
carton box packing.
Specialties:
1) Birch, we use Northest birch which is hard and durable without
veneer nor scab, smoothly planed.
2) High manganese steel serpentine spring, the toughness is better
than ordinary steel with stronger bearing force.
3) Malaysian rubber band, it's natural rubber elasticity and
tensile toughness better than any other regions. Â
4) Sponge, we purchase sponge from the largest sponge
supplier*-SINOMAX(DongYa) which uses **0% pure resource, to ensure
the sitting supporting, cushioning and rebounding.
5) Thickened and encrypted cotton, to ensure the quality of our
fabrics to keep feather inside, never leak out.
6) Removable/washable cover, we are the only supplier use 3D fabric
& velcro & cotton fabric together to make it convenient to
change the fabric cover.
7) Feather filling, we use grey goose feather which is breathable
and environmental protection, and to pass the procedure： grease
removal, rinse, sterilization, antivirus and drying to bring you a
comfortable feeling of sitting peace.
8) YKK zippers, we use YKK zippers which is the best quality of
zippers with sophisticated craftsmanship and dedicated materials,
to make sure customers never have problems with zippers.
9) Design with body oriented ergonomic production, we focus on the
comfortness of any of our products, we pay attention to our
customers actual sitting feeling, you may just sit, or lay down, or
lean on the couch. Â
