TSX Mill Liner Handler is a four
wheel drive mobile crane featuring a horizontal movable beam with a
three stage telescoping crane at one end specifically intended to
safely and efficiently manage the replacement of grinding mill
liners. It is designed to provide a maximum level of personnel
safety within the guidelines of U.S, Federal Regulations and Mining
Industry Standard Practices. Special effort has been taken to
ensure that the equipment provided to you contributes to safe
working conditions.The unit is electro-hydraulically
operated for simplicity of operation and ease of maintenance and is
designed to be self driven (if availability of electric power
permit) or transported by overhead crane from storage area to mill
work site.
This unit will provide the backbone of an efficient and a safe
management system for periodic mill liner replacement, minimizing
down-time and maintenance, and providing a long term cost effective
investment, good for the life span of your mill.
Your TSX Crane has been custom designed and engineered to meet your
specific operating requirements. It is designed to enter and
service the SAG mill through the discharge trunnion opening. It is
secured to the floor beams through the floor grating and does not
require any other external or internal attachments to the mill,
permitting a great savings in down time by allowing mill rotation
with the crane fixed in place.
