ORIGIN - Made in USA. Products inspected by FDA and USDA. Also an organic certification from USDA

ATTACHED PICTURES 1st Infant - Newborn to 6 months, 2nd - 6 months to *2 months, 3rd - *2 months to 2.5 years, 4th - 2 1/2 years to 5 years (toddler) 5th - adults. 6th and 7th - Cans front and back. 8th and 9th - Liquid milk in cartons but would be too onerous for shipping. The attachment of 1 - 5 would show specifications and ingredients.

PACKAGE - For cost savings the milk powder is packed in **-kilo heavy duty plastic bags.

The cans come in standard **0 grams.

MANUFACTURING TIME - It takes 3 - 4 weeks production time to manufacture

PAYMENT METHOD - Irrevocable, Non Transferable Sight L/C issued by a reputable bank. If the order is for a twelve-month term, the L/C term is revised to include Revolving (Irrevocable, Non Transferable, Sight)

SAMPLES - Available upon request. Sample is free in 1 or 2 lb kilo bag. Buyer pays for courier cost.

COMMISSION PAYMENT - Agent adds a margin on top of the price offered. Usually a 2 1/2 to 3 % is the suggested commission since it's likely the Buyer would enter into a term contract. The commission payment could be included as an addendum in the sales and purchase contract between Buyer and Seller. Should a new contract be renewed upon expiry, the commission payment would similarly be included.

Alternatively, the Seller would provide a letter of guarantee to the Agent to pay the agreed commission by wire as directed.

INSPECTION - SGS or equivalent or company appointed agent to inspect products before shipment
