La description

Membrane-pressure filter’s filtration chamber is composed of diaphragm plates and van plates. The feeding pump press the slurry to enter the filter chamber, then, the solid and the liquid in the slurry are separated through the filter media(filter cloth). When the slurry has been forced to be a solid cake, gas will be guided into septum, giving enough pressure to solid and lowering its water content. It has unique effects to viscous materials and materials with higher moisture content.

Its reinforced polypropylene filter plate is made through molded pressing, and its diagragm and polypropylene panels are liquid together, therefore, it is solid and long using life.

These systems adopt automatic keeping pressure, automatic drawing board and quick program functions. It is simple, safe and saving effort, because you can make its connecting works by pressing the control panel s and it has various safety devices.
