Machine introductionï¼š

The meltblown nonwoven production machine uses the special polypropylene material to plasticize and enter the meltblown die head flow channel. After being evenly distributed, it enters the spinneret. The high temperature, high speed, and high pressure hot air is sprayed out to form the meltblown nonwoven fabric, which is the middle layer of the mask. The most critical layer of filter material.
Production principle of meltblown nonwoven:
Using hot air spray, hot polypropylene is extruded from the pores of the nozzle of the spinneret to extend in a fibrous shape, and then gathered on a conveyor belt to form a fiber web according to its self-weldability. There are many small nozzles arranged on the spinneret, with a diameter of only 0.*5mm. The molten polypropylene stream sprayed from the nozzles is extended by a high-speed air stream and concentrated on a moving conveyor belt to obtain a meltblown nonwoven.
