MDL***0D Hydraulic Crawler Anchor Drilling Rig :

This deep foundation anchor crawler drilling rig is a high efficiency drilling rig mainly for anchoring, jet grouting and dewatering. It is all hydraulic operated drill accordance with the requirements of subway, high-rise building, airport and the other deep foundation pit.

1. Advantage:

1.1 Crawler Hydraulic Drilling Rig, Move with the crawler belt, mobile drilling rig, has fast mobility ,accurate location, time-saving, good reliability and stability and other technical feature.

1.2 With 3.4 meters stroke of slide frame, can be applied for 3 meters drill pile drilling,casing composite drilling.

1.3 With clamp holder ( shackle holding device), easy to handling the drill pipe and caing, saving time, saving labor cost, high efficiency.

2. Main Feature:

2.1 Energy-Saving, High Efficiency: the power did not increase, but it improve the work efficiency.

2.2 The maximum speed is up to **0 r/min; in the basis of MDL***5D, makes the speed increased by *0%, when using the twist drill, drilling effeciency even more impressive on the soil.

2.3 The speed increased meanwhile compared with MDL***5D the torque increased by *0%, and the maximum rotary torque increased to ***0NM.

2.4 This drilling rig use the new hydraulic system, the structure is more simple, more reasonable layout, operation more hummanity.

2.5 Compared with MDL***5D drilling rig, the drilling efficiency is enhanced by about *0%.
