Cangzhou Ruitai Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd is an experienced manufacturer for small OD tubing. Our 4 special production lines increased the production efficiency of the tubing with OD 1.**0” to 4 1/2”.

Tubing Category: Non-upset Tubing (NU), External upset tubing (EU), Integral tubing connection (IJ). Non-upset tubing means the two ends of tubing no need to upset and arrange threading directly supply with coupling. External upset tubing means the external of two ends need to be upset, then  threading and supply with couplings. Integral tubing connection means one end of the tubing arrange internal upset and then external threading, the other end of the tubing arrange external upset and with internal threading, application without couplings.

Application

1. Extraction of oil and gas: after drilling and cementing, and then placing the tubing in the production casing in order to extract oil and gas to the ground.

2. Water Injection: When the downhole pressure is not enough, will arrange water injection through the tubing.

3. Steam injection: In the process of heavy oil thermal recovery , will use the insulated tubing to  steam to downhole.

4 Acidizing and fracturing: in the late stage of drilling, in order to increase production or post-drilling oil and gas wells, need the media or cured of acidification and fracturing to oil and gas layers, and the cured media are conveyed through the tubing.
