Property
It’s
produced by modification of selected special petrol asphalt, able
to inhibit mud production, steady the rheological property of mud
and seal cracks so that the oil-bearing formation is protected.
Besides, it can be used as shale inhibitor used in drilling fluid
and is a best environmental protection type water-base mud material
for its merits of low fluorescence, fine dispersion and
non-pollution of formation.

3. Use

Its prominent feature is low level of fluorescence, no interference
with logging and evaluation of oil reservoir so that geological
explores can accurately discover and determine new areas of oil
reservoir.

It’s chiefly used to inhibit shale and prevent clay dispersion due
to hydration, reduce HTHP filtration loss and form thin and tough
compressible mud cake, protect the well wall, reduce torque, steady
mud rheological property and seal crack developing
formation.

It can effectively reduce the plastic viscosity and shearing force
of drilling fluid and lubricate the drilling tool to ensure normal
drilling operation, such as electric measurement and placement of
bushing, etc. It can be used with any water-base mud system and is
well compatible with conventional mud additives.

Dosage: For normal wells around ***0meters deep, temperature around
**0℃, the recommended dosage is 1%ï¼2%;
for normal wells around ***0meters deep, temperature around **0℃,
the recommended dosage is 2%ï¼3%.
In complicated formations, collapse easily occurs at ***0meters
deep, the dosage should be 1.5%ï¼2.5%ï¼›for
wells ***0meters deep, temperature **0℃, the dosage should be
3%ï¼4%.

How to Operate: It’s recommended to add it in the form of glue. If
it’s to be added directly into drilling fluid, do best to add it
evenly so as to achieve beat result.

sealed in *-in*1 compound paper bag with plastic lining during
storage and transport see that the bag is intact. But its property
is not affected even if it becomes damp.
