Low cement castable refers to cement content **8%, CaO content **3%
in castable. Its advantage is as follows,
1.Low content of CaO in the castable, it can reduce the eutectic
phase between materials,increase refractoriness, high temperature
strength and slag resistance.
2.The cement hydrates generated little after forming and curing,in
the heating and drying process, it doesn't exist a lot of hydrates
bonds to damage and make to decrease the medium temperature
strength problem,but with the increase of heat treatment
temperature and gradully sintering, strength is also increased.
3.Water demand is greatly decreased, therefore apparent porosity
low, bulk density high.
Application:
It mainly used in metallurgy,electric
power,non-ferrous,petrochemical,building materials industries etc.
Such as glass kiln,cooler of cement kiln and other industrial kiln
lining.
