Description:Â
HJ**1 is defined as fused type fluxes with high-manganese high
silicate and low fluorine elements. Color in brown to light yellow
with vitreous granules ***0 meshes in size. Fluxes are suitable for
use with both AC & DC. When applying D.C. filler wire will be
connected to electrode positive (EP). Fluxes have good welding
technology behavior.
Field of
application:
Fluxes match filler wire (i. e. H*8A, H*8MnA and
H*0Mn2 etc.) of which may be used for welding of mild-steel low
alloyed steel (*6Mn, *5MnV) structures for examples, boilers,
ships, pressure vessels and Electro-slag welds as well as copper
welds.
