(1) Phospholipids are the main raw materials of lipoproteins in the
cell membrane system, so they are one of the most important basic
substances for the formation of life. The proportion of
phospholipids in nervous and visceral systems is higher than that
in other systems. Phospholipid accounts for more than *0% of the
fat content in yolk, and the proportion of phosphatide in fish and
shrimp eggs is very high. It can be seen that phosphatide is one of
the most important substances affecting the life activities of
