USE:
the machine is a leather machine for surface treatment ,it is mainly used for embossing all kinds of patterns and hot stamping with gold foil or silver foil on  the surface of artificial leather PVC,PU and so on.
it rich color patterns and increase three -dimensional sense of the leather.

characteristics:
the machine uses the computer VVVF with the linkage synchronous controller to control and used the vernier device, so that keep the tension stable in every section of the materials.
the embossing axis adoped the oil pressure installation in order to improve the stability of the leather grain.
the cover -baking heating system ,which adoped imported infrared to control temprature full automatically ,can monitor three opints (left, middle,ritht )to keep the same temperature from SCR,system and the surface heated evenly ,to keep steady levelling of the leather grain.
adoped torque motor and double shaft center reeling to shorten downtime.
it is safe ,practial ,efficient and save power.
