Applicationï¼š

It can cut mild steel (flame cutting) and high carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and other non-ferrous metal (plasma cutting), etc, be widely applied in industries such as machinery, automobile, shipbuilding, petro-chemical, war industry, metallurgy, aerospace, boiler and pressure vessel, locomotive etc.

Features:

1.Heavy duty type, excellent gantry cutting machine for heavy industry.

Cross beam length, you can choose 4m, 5m or 6m. Beam: Using square tube welded structure, steel beam, with good rigidity, high precision, and small inertia.

2. The machine is heat-treated and stress relieved to provide good rigidity and high strength with no deformation. Heavy duty rail is machined and surface treated for long life and smooth motion.

3. Using precision rack and pinion (7 precision) transmission.Taiwan imported Horizontal guide and the steel material vertical guide.

4. Vertical drive bay (side frame): both ends of the horizontal guide wheels fitted, adjustable eccentric wheel drive on the bottom frame rail pressed and bring a machine in motion to maintain a stable orientation.
