When you are looking for outsourcing for large part machining service, you must be sure firstly if the service providers machine tool has large enough capacity, that means there shall be machine tools with sufficient capacity, the machine bed to be size large enough, to be strong enough to load large work piece, the travel of each axis, X, Y, Z, W, C to be large enough to machine on the work piece. Secondly, the machine tool shall have high enough accuracy, the straightness of the X-Axis, the perpendicularity between X and Y Axis, the perpendicularity of the Spindle to X-Axis and Y-Axis and so on. We at Openex have been prepared for your needs for whatever large and precision machining jobs by utilizing a multiple CNC machines, among which the largest one is custom made Schiess VMG6, a double portal, *-axis, Milling and Turning combined CNC, enabling us to machine large part up to *0mx8mx7m and weight up to **0tons, the accuracy can be up to 0.*1/**0. Kuka robot is equipped for quick automatic tool changing. We have laser tracker Leica AT***-LR to check the accuracy of the machine, and large Coordinate Measuring Machineï¼ˆCMM) to check the dimension of the work piece. We also have several *-axis, *-axis CNC machines and lots of general machines, all of these together can satisfy most of machining tasks required by many industries, such as Aerospace, Nuclear, Mining and Tunneling, Power Generation etc.

Excited with our power machining capability, you may also need large fabrication capability so that you do not have to trouble taking from other places far away large fabricated work pieces for us to machine. That is what we have prepared for your convenience.
