This series teeth-roller crusher is Â composed of Â electromotor, torque-limiting fluid coupling, connecting cover, reducer, tooth roller and the mainbody.

Application

It is widely used for first,secondary and fine crushing in the industry of mining, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy and so on. It can crush materials in middle hardness such as rocks, ore, lump coal, slag, mineral slag, cement clinker, etc..

Working Priciple
Â

The crusher is driven by Electromotor via reducer, the teeth-roller rotate inward synchronously in opposite direction. The materials is dropped from the inlet to into the crushig chamber while being classificated by the roller teeth. The materials accepted would pass through the two rollers to the discharging trough, but the over size materials would be crushed, cut, and then discharged from the dischargng opening, the required products producing for the end application.
