We are looking for KWD as we have a Ready, Willing and Able buyer that will exchange for USD. The KWD contract is summarised as hereunder: 1. Quantity:- Starting size will be determined by the KWD provider Plus R&E(If any) which is Conditional to Buyers Board Approval 2. Price per KWD:- Gross USD$2.XX, Net USD$2.XX, Maximum Consultation fees allowed will be USD$0.*0 Cents per KWD paid as Consultation Fees split as USD$0.*5Cents per KWD for the Seller Side and the Buyer Side will receive the remaining USD$0.*5 Cents per KWD. The KWD seller will provide 1 (one) paymaster only. 3. Buyer will assist the Seller to open a Bank Account (If the Seller requires assistance):- In the Name of the Seller in the Buyers Bank if the Seller decides to close using Ledger To Ledger (L2L) procedures in the Buyers top *5 Bank in Switzerland or alternatively the Seller may use an INDEPENDENT Top *5 Western Bank in Switzerland closing using MT **3 FIELD *3 instead of L2L Sellers Choice 4. The "Physical KWD" will need to be in Switzerland before each tranche can be closed and its also possible to close larger tranches as "Mutually agreed to". We can provide a contract to you upon your request for you to review.
