Dehui brand jelly powderCarefully selected seaweed extract and plant gum and prepared by scientific processing technics in advance.It’s specially designed for jelly application which provide high strength and enhance elastic properties，.Dehui jelly powder is lowsyneresis , soft and elastic,mouthfeel fine and smooth,and less amount,low cost,covenient for use.

  Reference produce process: 1.     Weigh a good jelly powder and mix with sugar, and then put them into the total amount of cold water. 2.     In the conditions of stirring ,heat to boiling（*****0℃）and keep for ***0 minutes. 3.     Filtration and then add in juice, when the gum liquid cooling to about *0℃, add in sodium citrate, citric acid, malic acid，pigments and flavor. 4.     Filling and sealing module, *5 degrees pasteurization and keep for *0 minutes. 5.     Cooling, drying and packaging them.
