Procedure:

1. Seller issues the FCO

2. Buyer reverts the FCO signed and sealed, with complete company and banking details

3. Seller issues the draft contract to be completed and agreed

4. Buyer reverts to the Seller, within the next 5 days- as a word file, and the Seller will sign

and forward as a pdf file. This will be considered the only valid one.

5. Seller’s Bank will send the Non-Operative 2%PB to the Buyer

6. Buyer’s bank sends the DLC to the Seller’s bank, enabling the PB

7. Deliveries will begin in accordance
