Dear Sir,
At the moment we are looking for investors who may invest US$ 8 to *0 Mil with us in our business, we are in sales of Coal gasifier power plants 1MW to *0MW, and need a investment company , the investment details are as below.
We need US$ ****0 (sixty thousand) for office renovation and business boost up and marketing, and we need US$ ****0 (twenty thousand) for cash in hand as back up and routine expenses.Â
The rest amount will be with the investor and we only need rest amount as per our demand when ever required, for example.
 Our 1MW coal gasified power plant EPC costs around US$ .9Mil ( Nine Lac US$) , when ever we get our deal final and done with client for 1MW or 2MW or 4MW or so, we will ask Local L/C from the buyer/client for full project cost , that L/C will be cashed on BOT of the project, we will import, install, commission the project and hand over to client after load test, and as soon as we handover the project to client his local L/C with us will be cashed.Â
We need to use the investor money to import the power plant, to do installation/commissioning i.e complete epc or as agreed with client may be procurement and engineering only .Â
The investor money will be used for completing the project and the local L/C of client is **0% guarantee with us securing the investor’s money.The investor may open his account in Pakistan in any bank and we can get the local L/C in his favor to secure the investor.

We will give a suitable profit on each project to investor which may be 3 % of the project investment cost.
So it goes on without any problem. (Investor is not concerned with any expenses or other things we will do all such expenses etc from our profit) the investor will get straight 3% of each project invested money.Â
for example if the we get a project for 1.8 mil US$ or so for 2MW from the client we will get local l/c from him of the project cost, then we ask the investor to open l/c with our foreign principals for import of plant and equipment , then once the plant and equipment is imported we need money to pay for duty taxes, customs clearance and then installation and commissioning and then load test, all this money of investor is secured against local bank guarantee of client, once the project is completed and handover to client his local l/c will be cashed and then the profit margin of 3% of 1.8 mil project cost will be given to investor that is around US$ ****0. The investor money will be used for approximately six months maximum for each project form import to load test, and we don’t need all 1.8 mil US$ in one go, the money will be used as per requirement, i.e. first payment of *0% will be required for for placing order with client, then *0% on import/duty taxes, and then *0% for installing commissioning etc.
In same way we want to deal with 2 to 3 projects in one time so we need investment as asked above for 8 to *0 or may be *2 Mil US$.
