La description

Foaming technology produces thermoplastic parts that look solid but in fact contain millions of minute air pockets with foaming ratio 1.2~1.3. Nitrogen or carbon dioxide is used as blowing agents. Patented secondary compressed design ensures high speed mixture of the melt/gas. Compressed melt/gas inject into mold via specialized controller. Shorter cooling times, because the initial melt and mould temperatures are lower. Shorten cycle and energy saving via instant foaming molding with no holding pressure process. Small machine with lower clamping force be absorbed, because less holding pressure process involved. Specialized with big parts, thick-walled parts and those with rough skin. For example, pallet, inner bush of screwdriver and chair. Unique process with holding pressure decrease result in lower mold costs and mold design simplification. Machine with several inventions and structures including one patent.
