It can measure the *-Axis angular rate and linear acceleration in inertial coordinate system with small volume: light weight and high reliability, and the signal output has two mode of analog and digital. In the whole temperature range of **5℃~**5℃, DSP is used to correct and compensate(zero bit, scale factor, installment error) and lower the noise for the original signal. This devices can also resist vibration and electromagnetism disturbance. Applied occasion: stable platform, movement control system, watercraft and automobile’ s stability and control, inertial guidance and navigation, AHRS, etc
