We start our work with fullest possible recognition of the Customer’s needs and showing ways of market position strengthening. By “ways”, we mean product innovations or fast imitations of key products present in the given markets.

Execution of such assumptions is in accordance with the requirements of the introduced quality management system and legal regulations, including intellectual property rights protection.

The information gathered in the course of Customers’ needs recognition, the invented solutions based upon them and, as a result, the machines manufactured and products introduced to the market by our Customers, encourage us, every season, to take on new, more and more daring challenges.

Being aware that the key to the company’s development is our Customers’ satisfaction, we have introduced, we maintain and keep improving the management quality system in accordance with the norm PN-EN ISO ***1:***0, which is confirmed by a certificate of an independent certifying unit.

Permanent organizing of all our actions into a system and, by that, perfecting the system, is not just a slogan in our company, it’s our reality.

We execute the Organization Policy by pursuing the following strategic objectives:

• gathering knowledge about new, interesting markets and acquiring new Customers and new contracts,
• maintaining the existing markets and enlarging the group of Regular Customers’, in order to enlarge the company’s safety parity,
• using modern technologies in information circulation in the direction towards the Customers and between the Customers and our company, in order to learn from each other and maintain constant contact,
• defining the Customers’ current needs and showing them different possibilities, this way awakening new needs and reacting to them,
