Cement Mill Grinder Machine features:

(1) The rolling bearing instead of the sliding bearing, friction is reduced greatly, start easy, energy saving significant.

(2) The outlet end takes cone design, not only to increase the volume, and force the cone end material and steel ball classified, more near the exit, more smaller the steel ball diameter, increasing the repeated abrasive;

(3) Using the groove ring liner, increasing the ball, ore contact surface, strengthening the abrasive, and lifting minerals ability, reducing the energy consumption

(4) By the integral frame, facilitating the construction (can be a cement base) and equipment installation.

Working principle of Cement Mill Grinder Machine:

The Cement Mill Grinder Machine is horizontal cylindrical rotation device, driven by brim gearwheel. There are two chambers and grid. Material goes into the first chamber through the feeding inlet. Inside the first chamber, there are stage liners and ripple liners as well as steel balls. The shell rotates so as to generate electricity, and this force brings ball to a certain height and then balls drop down by gravity, the impact is the grinding force to the material. After the primary grinding, materials go into the second chamber through segregate screen. In the second chamber, there are flat liners and steel ball, after the secondary grinding, material is discharged from the discharging.
