For IML thin wall moulds tooling,we use 3 step tooling processing
to make sure high precision size.
-Firstly, Rough tooling, leave 0.5mm tolerance for next tooling
step
-Secondly, The steel will be vacuum heat treatment,the hardness is
****8HRC,then tooling
By CNC tooling machine from TaiWan, This step will leave 0.*5mm
tolerance for next tooling step
-Thirdly, Using high precision CNC machine from Italy Fidia brand
to tooling to  keep high precise size.
Then using mould press machine to making mould cavity and core
fitting, to keep the wall thinkess.even, no flash, no burr.
Regarding polishing step, The best way is  manual polish for
thin wall mould, to keep long term and high shinning polish.
