Remark:

For mats of coir and cotton, add 1 kg per container; for furniture for each 1% of moisture content over *8%, add 1 kg per container.

For high risk material, such as Rattan, Water Hyacinth, Palm Leaf, Sea grass, corium, PU and PVC items, add 2 kgs per container.

For floors in excess *0% moisture content add 1 kg for each 1.5%.

If pallets are used in container and over *8% moisture content, add 1 kg for each 1.5%.

For rainy season or humid area add 1 or 2 kgs per container if necessary.

How to use theHyperdry Desiccantin container

1 . Container Inspection:

Containers should be clean and dry before loading.

Suggest using Moisture Content Instrument (as left picture), or eyeballing or touching to check the moisture content of container floors as left picture . It is better do not use containers with over *0% moisture content ,if not possible, you many have to add some desiccants as given in usage instructions.

Do not use container with moisture contents in excess of *5%.

Check for any damage on the containers such as holes on the walls, roof, crack or holes on the floor.

Doors should be closed tightly, and rubber seal must be in good conditions

3 . Put theHyperdry Desiccantinto container

Remove theHyperdry Desiccantfrom plastic bag, then hang them to securing points on container side walls just under roof;

If container is very full and has no space between the container wall and the goods, or no securing points in container, layHyperdry Desiccantand fix at both ends with gummed tape on top of cartons. However hanging should be appropriate for the vast majority of containers.

If you dont use allHyperdry Desiccantsimmediately, you must re-seal the desiccant bags.
