Silencers or attenuators are cylindrical metal components which are placed in to the ducting in HVAC systems. Designed to have excellent sound absorbing qualities, when placed in the ductwork the noise which internal components make and will absorb this which will reduce the audible sound which can be heard outside of the duct system. The silencers are passive design, which means they require no additional mechanices or power to work effectively and are able to remove both high and low frequency sounds. The silencers are provided inlengths measuring **0mm, **0mm, **0mm, ***0mm and ***0mm with diameters ranging from **0mm to **0mmand be placed in ducts which have both high and low air velocitites and capable of withstanding high air temperatures and still work effectively.
