Operating Principle
The main working parts of ring hammer crusher is the rotor
with a hammer (or hammerhead). Rotor is composed of spindle, hammer
and other parts. The rotor is driven by the motor with high-speed
rotation in the cavity; materials from the feeding opening enter
into the machine, and are crushed by high-speed movement of the
hammer blowing and impact, shearing, grinding between the
materials. There is a screen plate at the bottom of the rotor. The
crushed materials whose sizes is smaller than the sieve can come
out through the sieve, and the other materials whose size is larger
than the sieve will still be shot and ground by the hammer, finally
be discharged through the plate out.
