The mill manufactures
straight and ribbed rebar as well as pre cut and pre bent rebar
by proccessing billets up to **0mm..We are able to manufacture in
measures between 8mm and *2 mm The approximate output is **0
tonnes per shift while producing rebars between 8mm to *0mm and
more than **0 tonnes per shift while producing rebars thicker
than *0mm.

people to operate per shift . Our mill is set to work in two
shifts a day and it is possible to operate non stop except the
annualmaintenance.

The heating furnace
has a capacity of *0 tons/hour.

In case of upgrading
the 3 meters heating furnace to *2m , the mill can go from ***0
meters per second to ****6 meters per second.

Our preparation has
one *-pass preparation platform, five row platforms, the
intermediate group has one DC motor and the finish group contains
6 rolling mills with a loop control system that provides
automation powered by DC motors where the product takes its final
shape.
