Descriptionof Automatic Flow Wrapping Machine:

The horizontal flow wrapping machine(s) with an integrated cross conveyor is special design for cold food industry which could couple to all kind of new or existing ice cream production line. The separation type design makes the conveyor device easy to wash and maintance. Large size roller gear index units are equipped with the cross-conveyor to ensure it run smooth and steady at a high speed operation. To match with the output ports of the ice cream production line, our feeder device could be designed to be 8 ports, *0 ports, *2 ports and *8 ports four versions. There are single flowrapper version, double flowrapper version or triple flowrapper version to meet the deference production capability of ice cream production line.

• one axis servo moto controller, Stepless variable speed, the length of bag can be set and cut at any time without adjusting trail operation, saving time and films.

• Human-machine operation , create the operation parameter quick and easily.

• High sensitivity optical electric color mark tracking ,digital cut position which makes the sealing and cutting more accurate.

• Mark Reset makes the mark registration setting easy while the film is changed.

• Temperature of sealer controlled by the separated PID intelligently and constantly, various packing materials is available.

• Liftable / Lowerable jaws,easily to set up the cutter’s position.

• Stopping the jaws in the defined position, no sticking to the knife and no waste packing film.

• Concise driving system, reliability and maintainability.

• All controllers are achieved by software, convenient for function adjusting and upgrading.

• No product,No Bag. It automatically stops the filmand jaws if there isn’t a product to pack.It does it smoothly,pack by pack,so you can run it as fast as you like and not make empty bags or waste film.

• Memory function makes the machine ideal for flexible packaging operations.

• Stopping the fin sealing disc in the status of “opening”, no sticking to the disc and no waste packing film. Ensure not scald the wrapping object.

• Top Brush Belt makes the items transfer smoothly in high running speed.
