Table and Pantograph
A newly designed pantograph, much stronger and lighter than
predecessors, creates good uniformity in stitch quality, especially
apparent in small stitches such as lettering and badge
embroideries. With the new table top texture, it reduces friction
enabling smoother pantograph movement.
Motors
Efficient & Strong induction main motors ensure improved
performance and stability. They are designed to run at **0 rpm
(Silver Series) or 1,**0 rpm (Gold Series) providing superior
stitch quality and high productivity.
The high-precision AC servo pantograph motor running at 1,**0
rpm is adopted in the Gold series machine only.
Touch screen Monitor

to a maximum of either *6 million stitches or **8 designs
- Individual designs originals can be

- Auto pantograph tracing to

- Stitch cleaning function to clean
up small stitches (0.1 mm – 0.5 mm) for reduced thread
breakage
- Simplified design editing can be
performed directly on the control panel.
- Pantograph can be returned to
desirable position during thread breakages for easier threading in
larger embroideries (for example: 1,**0 mm)
- Thread trimming can be performed by
activating any of the sewing tension assembly unit switches which
minimize production downtime.
Sewing Head Unit
The latest developed sewing head unit incorporates a new
tension assembly which can detect top and bobbin thread break
effectively. The re-designed thread clamp assembly unit is perfect
for all kinds of thread brands and any type of thread. With the
latest thread clamp system fitted on the machine, it holds the
thread in its individual position securely.
