TOP high vacuum oil purifiers are designed for use in treating electrical insulating oil in the oil-filled electrical equipment. Especially the power transformer (From Low Voltage to Extra High Voltage). Through the dehydrator, degasing, filtration processes, the dissolved gases and moisture, solid particulate, contamination can be completely removed. TOP quality vacuum oil purifier is widely used in factory workshops,power transmission and generation station. Utilizing TOP high vacuum oil purifier, the quality of insulating oil can be upgraded and the deteriorated oil can be reclaimed that could extent the life of insulating oil and ensure safety operation of oil-filled electrical equipment. · Mechanical vacuum pumps can be rotary vane or rotary piston · Vacuum performance can be enhanced through use of a Roots booster · Oil pumps can be centrifugal or positive displacement · Gauging can be digital or analogue · System can be skid-mounted or fitted inside a trailer · Operating voltage can be **0V (*0/*0 Hz), **0V (*0 Hz), **5V (*0 Hz), **0V (*0 Hz) or **5V (*0 Hz)or others. · Operational control can be switch- and relay-logic or PLC with touch screen · Online test and monitoring equipment such as dielectric breakdown devices, flow meters, thermocouples, pressure transducers, differential pressure switches and data loggers can be added · Mobile units can be equipped with hose reels, power cable reels, laboratories, offices, crew quarters and generators · Units can be supplied for operation on energised transformers complete with an automatic transformer oil level system. · Water removal down to 3 PPM or less · Particulate removal to less than 1 micron · Gas content to less than 0.1%
