La description

High tension electrical separators are intended for dry separation of minerals based on the electrical conductivity difference by applying high voltage electrical field.

 

Features

l special designed multiple corona electrostatics combined-arch shape electrodes; the maximum working voltage reaches *0kV.

l the feeders can be classified into lased machining square opening type, gravity flow rhombic opening type which are suitable for various size mineral, and segment type suitable for fine or micron mineral powder.

l remote control and frequency speed control, ore-feeding speed precisely controlled

l advanced protection, including high-voltage starting protection, over-current automatic shut down and alarm, over-voltage automatic shut down and alarm, under-current automatic shut down and alarm, gate accidental opening automatic shut down and alarm etc.

Application

1. YD series high tension drum electrical separators

Used in the concentration of both ferrous and non-ferrous minerals such as iron ore, limenite, coastal placer, manganese ore, rutile, etc.; and the separation of associated impurity minerals, such as scheelite and cassiterite, tungsten and xenotime, formanite and garnet, feldspar and quartz, etc.; the refinement of non-ferrous minerals.

2. CRIMM series arch plate, screen electrical separators

Used in the separation of coastal placer, including zirconite and ilmenite, rutile and kyanite, etc.

3. YD*******1 high tension electrical separators used for the processing of pulverized fuel ash.

The separators are used for decarburization of pulverized fuel ash in thermal power plants, reducing the ignition loss to 5~8%, which reaches the national first-class standard. YD separators are also used for the carbon enrichment of pulverized fuel ash by increasing the ignition loss to over *0%, which can be further developed for industrial or civil use.

4. YD separators used for copper recycling in printed circuit board (PCB).

The copper concentrates grade reaches to *5%, and reduce the copper in tailings to 1%.
