Application of corrugated sidewall
conveyor belt:
 The general conveyor belt is made of EP, NN or Cotton
fabric and finished through the processes of calendering, firming
andvulcanizing, etc.
General conveyor belt is suitable for conveying innormal
temperature various non-corrosive pointless lumps, granular or
powderssuch as coal, coke, sand and cement in bulk or
packaged.They are highly impact and damage resistant and are
suitable for transportation of materials like ore, crushed
stones, grain, sand etc.
Features of corrugated sidewall conveyor
belt:
1. Materials can be conveyed at a large slope in about *0 degree
angle.
2. Wide rang materials ( large capacity )can be handled and can
not be scattered.
3. The slope of conveying can be raised from horizontal to
sloping or from sloping to horizontal.
4. The conveyor is simple in structure, flexible in arrangement
and less space requirement.
Advantages of corrugated sidewall conveyor
belt:

Because of large angle transporting,thus can be shortened the
horizontal length and save the space of laying area.
2.Strong transporting capacity
Compared with common conveyor belt,with large carrying cross
section,has stronger transporting capacity than same width
conveyor belt.
3.Without sidewall plate
Because it hout sidewall plate,thus avoid the local abrasion.
4.Impossible to use small roller
Impossible to use the traditional size of small roller.
5.Because the baseband uses special canvas core to improve the
canvas,then improve the anti-broken ability of belt at the same
time.
6.The sidewall plate and diaphragm are adhesive with baseband
through heat vulcanization method,thus ensure the bonding
strength.
