Detailed Product Description
1. Description:
The black silicon carbide is of high hardness, brittleness.
Chemical washed and water washed good cleanness.
It has sharp knife-edge and friable character as well as good thermal conductivity and quick heat dissipation.
Black silicon carbide is produced in an electric resistance furnace from quartz sand, petroleum coke and anthracite at high temperature.
2. Applications:
Low tensile strength material. Eg. Glass, china.
Ceramics, resin, rubber grinding wheel, refractory material.
Sandblasting, dry grinding, free grinding as well as cutting and making jewelry, jade, agate.
Grinding of gray cast iron, white cast iron, bronze, brass, ore, bone, glass, leather, rubber, plastic and the thermal sensitive material.
