Door Frames : Door frames are made of the same material as the door itself, anodized aluminum. The frame supports the weight of the door and houses the pivots and door closer. These come complete with all the necessary hardware and a longlasting aluminum threshold to create a weather-tight seal. Our frames are securely attached to the opening to prevent any movement. Movement causes hardware to eventually fail which leads to costly repairs. Hollow Metal Doors :Used for security and safety. Fireprotection doors are also available to meet any regulations or standards. The fire doors are rated by how long they protect in the event of a fire. They come with a 1 or 2 hour protection. Windows with or withour wire screen can be added to hollow metal doors. These doors typically us butt hinges to attach to the frame. Frameless, All-glass Doors :When an elegant look counts, frameless, all-glass doors can be installed. These are available with a wide variety of hardware for endless application. This choice is used frequently in high-end and modern projects and typically is 1/2 inch thick glass.  Sliding Doors :Sliding aluminum doors allow for large entranceways with amazing ease of use and long life. Our sliders offer stunning views and high security features.  Door Closers :Aluminum Doors and Storefronts uses only heavy duty commercial door closers . They will be mounted to the door frame with closer arm mounted to the top of the door when possible, and can only operate in one direction. The overhead concealed door closers (or floor mounted) which is perfect for high usage applications and for storefronts that desire a clean, shaved look. This is because the closer is mounted above the door inside the frame (or under the threshold for floor mounted) and essentially acts as the top (or bottom) pivot, which reduces strain on both the closer and the door. These closers can be fitted to a frame which allows the door to swing in both directions. All closers are available in bronze or clear to match your door and include a 90 or 105 degree swing with or without a hold-open. A hold-open allows the door to stay propped open when the door has reached the fully open position. Door Hardware :
Available door hardware includes door pivots,
pushbars, pull handles, panic bars, high security
locks, or custom door handles from C.R. Laurence. ADS
can install multiple locks and matching keys for
multiple doors if necessary. We will use an
intermediate hinge on large, heavy aluminum doors to
prevent the door from drooping.
