Product Description Raymond mill is the equipment for mineral
powder, coal dust and process gypsum, coal and other materials. It
is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry
and mining to process powder. Usable Range It is widely used in the

products changes from **3micron to **0 micron (0.**3mm~0.*4mm).

customers’ demand. Structural Features The whole set of structure
of Raymond Mill are as follows: Host Engine, Analytical Engine(
Powder Concentrator), Pipeline Device, Air Blower, Finished
Products Cyclone Separator, Jaw Crusher, Elevator,
Electro-vibrating Feeder, Electronic Control Motor, etc. The host
engine is composed by Rack, Volute for inletting air, Scraper
Knife, Grinding Roller, Grinding Ring, Cover Shell, etc. Working
Principles 1. The Jaw Crusher crushes ores and rocks into suitable
feed particle size. 2. Elevator conveys the materials to storage
silo. 3. The materials are conveyed to the grinding chamber of the
host engine by electro-vibrating. The materials are grinded between
grinding roller and grinding ring. 4. The fine materials which have
been grinded are delivered to analytical engine for separating. 5.
Fine powder which meets the request comes into the cyclone
separator which will separate collect. 6. Finished products
