Automatic
hydraulic high pressure brick making machine TITAN ***0 DH designed
for producing high quality bricks using different kinds of raw
materials. Our clients can use usual concrete based on crushed lime
and dolomite. There is also can be used fly ash and other kinds of
industrial waste.
We shall
emphasize your attention to the fact that our equipment can produce
wide range of different shape and size bricks and
blocks:
1. Concrete
bricks of any size and shape including hollow
bricks.

curbstones for the roads and pavements.

divide production process to the cement binding and lime
binding.
Using cement
for binding raw materials helps to achieve comparatively cheap
production lines which are perfect choise if you going to produce
high quality facing bricks.
Using lime as
binding material demands buying relatively expensive autoclaves but
usually it helps to produce extremely cheap and strong bricks. So
autoclaved sand-lime and fly ash - lime automatic brick production
line is the best choise when you going to establish mass production
of very cheap bricks. It is also very popular solution when you use
fly ash as raw materials which helps to solve environmental
problems related to the environmental pollution with millions of
tons of fly ash which electric power plants generate every
year.
Our machine
uses double action compaction which is the best for high quality
bricks and block production.
A double
action press as its name implies has two slides operating along the
same axis yet independent in their movements. In double action
presses the second slide being an additional mechanism is spaced
around the first original slide.
Double action
compaction helps significantly increase density of the bricks due
to adding second action from opposite side of the brick helps avoid
forming of the so-called gradient in density which is the common
problem for every single-direction compaction presses. It is
especially important when when compacting bricks and blocks higher
than *0 mm.
Double action
hydraulic compaction presses are practically "gold standart" when
you are going to achieve brick with good geometrical accuracy due
to second puncheon helps avoid another problem which is very common
for the single pressing brick making machines - bad quality of the
bottom side of the brick which conctacting with
pallet.Â
Compaction
process in double action pressing machines is performed inside
mould and between two puncheons which results in much better upper
of lower surfaces of the finished bricks.
There are some
other positive moments like possibility of hollow blocks and bricks
production which helps to increase heat insulation of the wall and
makes it a little lighter which yeilds to lower load to the
foundation of the building.
