Siedon screw compactor CP**0 and CP**0 are the larger machines for compacting EPS foam and are recommended for an annual volume of ****0 tonnes. The screw compactor can compact the EPS (also known as airpop) at a ratio of up to *0:1. The density of the blocks is approx. **0 kg/m³. The compacted blocked can be stacked on a pallet and sold for recycling. *0 tonnes can be loaded on a truck or a container. 

The EPS foam will be precrushed in the hopper and compacted by the screw and the automatic hydraulic jaws into the solid and uniform blocks. The machine can be fed manually or by conveyor belt. The different incorporated sensors ensure easy operation with the automatic start and stop function and adjustable speed. It is also possible to place the compactor below a silo.
