Description:

Using heat treated fiberglass fabric as cladding layer and insulation lining to protect sensitive machinery, HT**0 can effectively prevent medium and heavy welding sparks. Compared with other thinner fabrics, its light and heat-treated satin weave pattern makes the fabric thicker, heavier and stronger, and more resistant to thermal shock caused by welding sparks.

This product is widely used in shipbuilding, ship repair, petroleum and natural gas, petrochemical and metal construction industries, in which thermal insulation, thermal insulation lining and extensive welding are carried out. It is tightly knitted, using 8H Satin pattern, creating an ideal packaging density for conducting heat away from thermal shock point. Heat treated fiberglass fabric has a temperature resistance of up to **0 ℃ and can withstand higher temperature sparks intermittently. HT**0 is soft and flexible, and is very suitable for wrapping uneven surfaces and equipment.
 

Features:

  • This is a high temperature, heat and flame resistant thermal insulating fiberglass fabric fabricated from high quality fiberglass yarns that will not burn and will withstand continuous exposure to temperatures **0°C.
  • This high temperature fabric provides thermal insulation and personal protection. It's often used to fabricate insulated equipment covers, welding curtains and blankets.
  • This material resists most acids and alkalis and is unaffected by most bleaches and solvents. It is highly flexible and conformable.
