Product Introduction

Heat transfer film for leather is undergo a process of mulitcoating (release layer, protective layer, color layer, etc.), vacuum aluminium coating, and hot-melt adhesives (thermal plastic). Through the heating, pressing method, the shiny color coating layer with the metal or laser effect can be transferred entirely onto the surface of various synthetic leather (PU, PVC, TPU..), nature leather, fabric, and so on.With great flexibility and high maetallic gloss, leather transfer film is widely used on the shoes material, cases, bags, costume leather and etc.

Capability and characteristic:

1. no crack, after the transfer, the heat transfer film will not impact thesurface of the leather, but to be able to provide a look with high matellic gloss andimprove the quality and grade of product

2. Heat Transfer film posses diversified colors, such as gold, silver, red, blue, green,  brown, and so on, totally more than **0 colors for your option, and transfer film can be very
  firmly attached on the bottom leather, durable, and unfadeing.

3. The heat transfer process is simple and environmentally-friendly. Through the lamination machine, heating (**0 0C), and pressing can reach the effect of changing the color and feature of the leather surface, without VOC emission smell and pollution, no harm and impact to the human beings.

4.  The main ingredients of the transfer coating layer is PU resin system. The transfer film is non-toxic, tasteless,which can be used directly for leather printing, embossing, laminating procese for a good printing and temperature adaptability.
