Feature

Air process heaters are powerful hot air units used in industrial
and commercial processes. Air process heaters work via a range of
different air flows and air pressures depending on what is needed
for the application. Air process heaters generate hot air up to **0
ºC with infinite control by varying the voltage and/or the air
velocity. Air process heaters also have a greater efficiency and
are eco-friendly compared to similar products. Air process heaters
can operate at high temperatures and are a safe and robust option
for these conditions, unlike fuel or combustion heaters.
WNH Heating can custom design an air process heater to suit
your requirements.
 

Construction

Aluminium or stainless steel body with brass or stainless steel
fittings. Wide range of customisable options: sizes, styles, air
flow, pressure rating, thermocouple, **0 V or **0 V. Smaller units
are fitted with a tubing T with fiberglass power lead outlet. Large
units are supplied with screw and nut terminals within an
enclosure.

Application

Typically used for: Precise heating for baking and drying products.
Perfect heat and air control to activate adhesive for laminating
and sealing. Consistent hot air for plastic welding and soldering.
Pre-heating products and equipment for
production.
